Fulfillment Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all pieces listed on my website are ready to ship.  Orders will ship within 1-5 days after placement.  Orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be sent to the provided email address with your order confirmation unless otherwise stated in the listing (i.e., stickers will not have tracking info).  Please consult your USPS tracking number for detailed information on when your order will arrive, as shipping times may vary.  

StudioBee Glassworks is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipment.

 Please confirm that all of your information is correct at the time of purchase, as StudioBee Glassworks is not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer at the time of purchase.  If a package is returned to me, I will notify you immediately via the email address provided and we can schedule a re-shipment.  Under these circumstances, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for items that need to be re-shipped.

 Stained glass art is fragile, and while I work to ensure that all pieces are packaged safely, unfortunately sometimes pieces can be damaged during shipping.  If your piece arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of receipt at studiobee.glassworks@gmail.com.  Include a detailed description and photos of the damage so that we can discuss possible repairs or replacement options. Please also keep all packaging in case the item needs to be shipped back to me.

 I do not accept returns or exchanges after the piece has shipped, so please be sure to carefully review all listing data before completing your purchase.  If you do have a question about a piece, please email me at studiobee.glassworks@gmail.com.

 You may request a cancellation of an order for a full refund if you contact me before the item has shipped. Please email me at studiobee.glassworks@gmail.com concerning any requests for cancellations.
